This Privacy Policy explains how VitaMind ("VitaMind", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the VitaMind mobile application (the "App"). VitaMind is a medication and supplement reminder and tracking app. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

We only collect the information needed to run the App and provide its features.
a) Account information. When you sign in with Sign in with Apple, we receive an anonymous account identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and an email address (which may be Apple's private relay address). We use this only to create and secure your account.
b) Health and medication information you enter. This includes the medications, vitamins and supplements you add (name, type, strength, dose, schedule, stock/refill data), your dose history (taken, skipped, missed), notes, and adherence statistics. This is sensitive health information, and we treat it accordingly.
c) Family / dependent and care-circle data. If you manage medications for a dependent (for example a parent or child) or link with another person's account through the care-circle feature, we store the profiles, relationships, consent records, and the medication data associated with those profiles.
d) Apple Health (HealthKit) data. If you grant permission, the App can read selected data from Apple Health that you choose to import. This data is used only inside the App to help you set up and track your routine. We never use Apple Health data for advertising or marketing, and we never sell it or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
e) Subscription and purchase data. Purchases are processed by Apple. Our payments partner RevenueCat manages your subscription status. We receive transaction and entitlement information (such as whether your subscription is active) but we do not receive or store your full payment card details.
f) Notification and device data. To send reminders and refill alerts we use device push tokens and, for local reminders, on-device scheduling. We may also process basic technical data such as app version, device type, and language.
